Pizza has been my life for as long as I can remember.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to own and operate several Italian restaurants throughout the Valley, including Tommy’s Place, The Firm, New York’s Best Italian Bistro, Café Margarita, and Uncle Sal’s. At every location, my focus has always been the same: quality ingredients, traditional recipes, generous portions, and creating a place where people feel welcome.

I’ve always believed in doing things the old-school way. Being hands-on, staying consistent, and making sure every dish that comes out of the kitchen is something I’m proud to put my name on.

Tommy’s Way Pizza & Pasta is the next chapter.

Located at Scottsdale and Shea, this restaurant brings together everything I’ve learned over the years, authentic New York-style pizza, pasta, and a true neighborhood atmosphere where customers feel like regulars from day one.
